Water to Bypass Parched

LODRANI VILLAGE (BANASKANTHA, INDIA) – This village is just 10 kms from the Pakistan border in north Gujarat. It is also around 25 kms from Tharad, the town where chief minister Narendra Modi held a function last week in grand style to release Narmada water from Gujarat into Rajasthan.

If water was there for the taking, sarpanch Shankar Manwar does not understand why he can take a bath only once in 10 days.
